Recruitment Consultant
Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire.
£Negotiable dependant on experience.
Executive Futures is a well established specialist recruitment Company. We are now seeking an additional Recruitment Consultant (part time or full time) to join our small professional team. We would be particularly interested in consultants with experience in engineering, technical or environmental sectors.
You will ideally have sufficient experience to undertake a 360 recruitment role working closely with our team to grow and expand market areas and accounts.
Requirements
A confident communicator and influencer not afraid of new business development.
The ability to quickly understand technical, engineering and scientific information.
Have high professional standards working to best practice recruitment processes.
Proven ability to develop new business.
Lots of personal initiative, tenacity and a service orientated approach.
Personable and able to build relationships.
Excellent telephone skills, PC skills and internet knowledge.
