Our client is an established waste recycling business. With the backing and resources of a major UK Plc, the Company is poised for significant expansion and is seeking a talented Business Development Manager with Board level potential to help formulate and drive the business plan.
Your main focus will be on winning contracts for a new total waste management service targeting existing customers and new multi-site prospects in the Construction, FM, Utilities, Infrastructure Maintenance and aligned sectors based across the UK.
- Experience of selling waste and recycling service solutions strongly preferred though high calibre candidates with experience in closely related service businesses would be considered
- Proven ability to open doors and win large value accounts; experience/active network in the construction, FM, Utilities, Infrastructure Maintenance, or related sectors industry would be ideal
- Confident, independent, self-motivated, and tenacious
- Current / previous roles may include Corporate or National Business Development Manager, National Sales Manager, Regional Business Development / Sales Manager, Commercial Manager, Key Account Manager
- Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Driving licence essential
