As Business Development Manager, you will be a key, senior, member of the team in a business that has grown exponentially in recent years by providing large ‘blue chip’, often multi-site customers with innovative recycling and waste management solutions backed by outstanding customer service.
With the incentive of a commission scheme which offers realistic six-figure earning potential, you will have the freedom to plan and manage your time to best effect focussing fully on building a pipeline of prospects, opening up new opportunities and winning comprehensive waste / recycling services contracts.
- Proven ability to engage with Corporate / National account decision makers and win new business
- Confident, independent, self-motivated, and tenacious
- Experience in the recycling and waste management sector is essential
- Current / previous roles may include National Business Development Manager, National Business Development Manager, Corporate Business Development Manager, Corporate Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Senior Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager etc
- Proven commercial negotiation skills
